Acquiring rooms, breaking up structures, using abandoned property differently – multifaceted, temporary and intermediate uses are becoming are gaining in importance for urban planning. In this regard it permanently moves within the area of conflict between the long-term, economic use of new inner-city, pried-open spaces and the admittance of short-term, creative playgrounds which, superficially, cannot be offered for such a use.
